  • How are Vendors selected?
Our Vendors are chosen by a team of 5 jurors. Our jury will look over your application and photos and will then make their choice based on originality, creativity, and quality of craft. We look for unique, well designed products, to give our customers an exceptional shopping experience with a wide variety of vendors. We receive many more applications than we are able to host. This means you need to get your application in with your best foot forward!
  • Who can be a Vendor?
We only accept handmade/homemade vendors, including food vendors. Scentsy, Epicure and other types of MLM will not be accepted. (We are in support of you, and will happily allow you to participate in our Swag bags in order to advertise)
  • How many vendors in each category?
We not only cap the number of makers in each category, but we try to make sure that no two vendors have too similar an aesthetic or collection, allowing each vendor to have the full attention of our guests.
  • Food Vendors?
Yes, We love our food vendors! 1) As per the Region of Halton, Public Health Department – all food vendors must complete and submit the Food Vendor Application. 2) Per the Town of Halton Hills, Food Vendors are required to have a Town of Halton Hills Food Event License for this event. This is approx. $100 Per Event OR $217.10 Per Year, payable to the Town of Halton Hills.
  • What is needed to apply?
We need the typical information (name, category, etc.) and photos. High quality images are one of the most important pieces of your application. The jury can not see or touch your products. Submit high-resolution, well-lit photos of your work on a light background so that our jury can make an educated decision and so we can promote you well. We strongly suggest single product photos.
  • What about social media?
All of our vendors will be advertised on our social media. If you are active on Instagram, we will also share some of your posts to our stories. We count on our vendors to help us 'spread the word' about our show, so we prefer vendors that have an active social media presence. This builds a stronger community and stronger attendance.
  • Are past vendors automatically accepted?
No. Makers are evaluated yearly by our team of jurors.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
A vendor may cancel or withdraw with their application no later than application deadline. Upon acceptance and payment; the vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, no exceptions.
